Der Isle of Raasay 2018/2023 – Scottish Distillery of the Year Edition besteht aus ungetorftem Rohbrand, der in Four-Roses-Bourbonfässern reifte, bevor er ein Finish in raren Virgin Oak Casks aus Kolumbianischer Eiche (Quercus humboldtii) durchlief. Das Ergebnis: köstliche Noten von Vanille und Karamell mit einem langen Nachklang von Crème brûlée.
