Married from a combination of Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks, as well as a small amount of virgin oak casks and red wine casks , the whiskey offers sherry-aged sophistication. Rich in classic notes of Speyside heather honey and butterscotch, perfectly balanced with sweet spices and hints of ginger, GlenAllachie 8 yo represents the character of GlenAllachie.

Nose: Heather honey, butterscotch and cinnamon, followed by ginger, toasted almonds and mocha.
Palate: Lots of syrup, dried sultanas and butterscotch, with cinnamon, peppermint and honeycomb.
