Straight Neck Pot Still

Nose : Dry, smoldering peat smoke with vanilla syrup and burnt black pepper.
Palate : Sweet, medicinal peat and smoked bacon lead to roasted coffee beans with spicy notes of clove and star anise. Warming spice combines with green apple and pear as fruit character develops.
Finish : Long, waxy peat with notes of citrus, hops and gooseberries.
