Nose: Fresh yellow apples and yellow pears, a good layer of vanilla, baking spices and hints of toasted oak.
Palate: Complex, with cooked apple, ripe apricot, rum-soaked sultanas, vanilla, honey and walnut.
Finish: Sweet yellow fruits, sugar barley, white pepper. The light but complex range of aromas contained in this bottle slowly develops. Long-lasting sophistication.
