Nose: Slightly spicy, with notes of dried fruit followed by a honeyed oak sweetness
Taste: Creamy on the palate and yet spicy with ginger, cinnamon and nutmeg, the whiskey culminates in a vanilla-honey finish
Finish: A long, creamy finish derived from the original barley and oat mash.

Made from malted and unmalted barley and oats, triple distilled in pot stills and first matured in heavily charred ex bourbon casks called "alligator" casks and then in Oloroso sherry casks, Hyde enters. No 12 full-bodied and fruity-spicy. Thanks to the absence of chill-filtration and its 46%, it lingers on the palate for a long time.
