Nose: Subtle peat smoke with sweet vanilla and fully ripe, lightly caramelized pear.
Palate: Amazingly smooth with peat smoke and sweet vanilla along with light dry cake and cake crumble. Fruitier and milder towards the end with caramelized pear.
Finish: Medium length with peat smoke and a sweetness transitioning to fruitiness.
