Kilchoman Fino Sherry Matured matured for at least five years in 20 Fino Sherry casks that were previously handpicked by Bodega Jose y Miguel Martin. Aging in ex-fino sherry casks brings minerality, notes of oak and maple syrup to the malt, which combine beautifully with the natural citrus sweetness and Kilchoman's maritime peat smoke.
