This rare bottling comes from casks salvaged from the early 1990's early closure of the distillery.

The 31-year-old malt comes from scarce stocks produced shortly before the Falkirk distillery closed in 93. Although aged in casks for over three decades, the Lowland Single Malt has retained a bright and zesty nose with hints of lime and lemongrass.

This light, lively profile continues on the palate, where mint and chamomile meet more robust notes of leather and banana bread. The dram ends with long herbal notes, sweet peaches and a hint of oak.
